Well, we just finished buying a deal in California and thought we’d give a quick update. This is of course one of our first deals back on the road and it believe it or not, it was actually a little bit fun. We had a good idea going in of the type of product we’d be buying but there were still a few surprises. It’s always fun looking into the boxes that have stored for years and seeing what they’re hiding! I’m currently driving a truck full back to the office but I’ll try to keep you updated. We’ve had some interesting calls come in lately and were hoping to get to a few of them before the National (which is less than three months away!). Steve
