BBCE had to stop accepting submissions back in March due to the overwhelming volume of submissions. The amount of material coming in was staggering, and without a pause, the situation would have only gotten worse. At the time, we were looking at a 4–6 month turnaround because we had so much volume in-house.
We are now nearing the end of the logjam and have begun to slowly reopen our services. At this time, we will accept any factory-sealed cases where the boxes inside can be wrapped as FASC (From a Sealed Case). This includes wax, rack, cello, vending, factory sets, and traded sets.
Please refrain from sending us anything else at this time, including cases that are not factory sealed.
We will be opening our services in phases. If we open everything at once, we risk ending up right back where we were and having to shut down again for several months.
