Authentication Terms

1. Baseball Card Exchange provides the service of authenticating unopened boxes. Full unopened boxes of wax, cello, and rack packs can be authenticated.

2. The charge for authentication will be 8% of the retail value of the box (minimum charge wil be $8, maximum charge will be $5,000 per item). The charge will be applied whether the unopened box is deemed "good" or "bad". If the box is deemed "good," it will be wrapped in our shrink wrap with a sticker identifying the box.

3. For rush services, the charge will be 15% of the retail value, with a minium of $15. Please write "RUSH" in bold letters on the outside of the package.

4. Rush services will be completed at 2-3 business day turnaround. Rush times are subject to change and availability. Please contact us for any questions.

5. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges

6. Please include this submission form within packaging.

7. "From a Sealed Case" - Only boxes that are removed from a sealed case by us will be marked as "FASC."

8. By signing below and shipping items to us, customer assumes responsibility for all charges incurred, as well as any damage that may occur during shipping process.

9. Payment is expected within 14 days of competion of authentication. If credit card on file is selected, we will charge the card once authentication is complete. We will then ship the items, and you will receive an e-mail with cost of authentication and tracking number.

Baseball Card Exchange began in a tiny 500 square foot building on the corner of Henry Street and Ridge Road in Lansing, Illinois.
