Baseball Card Exchange Authentication – 2025 Chicago NSCC
Another year has flown by, and the 2025 National Sports Collectors Convention in Chicago is quickly approaching! We’re excited to officially announce that Baseball Card Exchange will once again have two booths on the show floor this year.
Our corporate booth (#339) will serve as our central hub for consignment intake for BBCE Auctions, as well as on-site authentication services for unopened product.
In addition, we’ll have a second presence at booth #963, where we’ll be actively buying all week long! If you're looking to sell, we're interested in:

Graded cards (vintage and modern)

Complete sets and singles
-
Unopened boxes, cases, packs
-
Autographed items and memorabilia
On-Site Authentication – 2025 NSCC
We’ll be offering on-site authentication services for select unopened products during the show. Eligible items include:

Unopened boxes with a posted buy price of $1,000 or more listed on our website (www.bbce.com, under the “We Are Buying” tab)

Factory-sealed cases that can be authenticated and wrapped with the FASC (From A Sealed Case) label
On-site authentication rates:
15% of our posted buy price or a $15 per box minimum—whichever is greater.
Drop-Off Authentication – BBCE Warehouse
We will also accept drop-offs for unopened items that don’t qualify for on-site authentication, including:

Boxes with a buy price under $1,000

Cases that are not sealed or not eligible for FASC

Rack packs
-
Traded sets
Warehouse authentication rates:
8% of posted buy price or $8 per box minimum, plus return shipping.
To streamline the drop-off process, please prepare your items before arriving at the BBCE booth:

Items must be securely packed (bubble-wrapped and boxed for transit)

Include a detailed list of all items, along with your name, address, and contact information
