BBCE will be temporarily pausing our unopened authentication service as we take time to review and strengthen the program. Over the years, demand for unopened material has grown significantly. The workload has become difficult to maintain without sacrificing efficiency, morale, and turning what should be a flowing process into a miserable experience. This pause allows for a reset of expectations, workflows, and capacity so the service can function properly rather than reactively. Taking time to reassess and stabilize ensures that standards for turnaround time are sufficient and further burnout doesn’t ensue. This decision prioritizes long-term sustainability, accuracy, and the overall health of the operation. All material currently in-house will be completed as we are able to process it. The cutoff date for accepting further shipments will be Friday, March 20th, 2026. Packages postmarked by this date will be accepted. Packages postmarked after this date will be refused and returned by the carrier that shipped them.
This decision will not affect our authentication service for PSA packs, which will continue as usual.
