Baseball Card Exchange Authentication - 2024 Cleveland NSCC
Another year has flown by and the 2024 National Sports Collector’s Convention in Cleveland, Ohio is rapidly approaching. We are excited to formally announce that we will have 2 booths on the floor this year. Our main booth, which our customers have come to know and love, will remain in the corporate area at booth number 5022. In addition, we will have another booth on the show floor where we will be selling graded vintage, modern cards and a large assortment of vintage sets which will be located at booth number 1644/1642.
With the show approaching we want to give an update regarding our on-site authentication for unopened product as we do have some changes for 2024 compared to previous years.
At the 2024 National Sports Collector’s Convention we will offer on-site authentication services for the following products:
- Boxes with a posted buy price of $1,000+ on our website. This link can be found by visiting www.bbce.com and clicking the “We Are Buying” tab at the top of the page.
- Sealed cases which can be wrapped with the FASC designation on the labels.
The products listed above will be charged the NSCC Show standard 15% of our posted buy price or a $15 per box minimum.
For any product which does not meet the above requirements we are offering to take drop-offs at the show which will be brought back to the BBCE warehouse for authentication. The following items would fall into the drop-off category:
- Boxes with a buy price of under $1,000
- Cases which are not sealed and cannot be wrapped as FASC
- Rack Packs
- Traded Sets
For any items which are dropped off at the NSCC we will be charging our normal 8% of buy price or $8 per box minimum that would be standard if your items were sent into the warehouse. The only other cost associated with this service after authentication fee would be return shipping. For any drop-off order your order needs to be prepared prior to arrival at the BBCE booth. This means having your items prepared for transit (bubble wrapped/boxed) and the proper paperwork with them which includes a list of your items being submitted, Name/Address and contact information. This will help speed up the process and ensure that your items will not be damaged in transit to the warehouse.
